As shown in the figure,
- Lie back, keep some distance between legs and arms
- Your palms should be facing upside, body should be in relaxed position
- Now inhale air, hold for couple of secs and exhale air slowly taking double the time you took for inhaling
- While inhaling, take full air and fill stomach with air and while exhaling, remove all the air from the body including lungs.
Do this 4 times
